It’s in our dna

The heart of the company is a husband-and-wife team and Rosendale Builders has been operating as a family building company since 1890. Polly studied Interior Architecture at The Inchbald School of Design and has spent the last 30 years working mainly on residential projects as an Interior Architect, Designer and Project Manager. Polly is a fully accredited member of SBID.

Tony has worked for Rosendale since 1994 and has completed hundreds of extensions, renovations, conversions and new build projects. In recent years Tony & Polly have been collaborating on a more frequent basis. They have now joined forces and as such are able to offer clients a joined up “one stop shop” service.
