Working with our clients to create beautiful and practical homes. Striving to understand our clients requirements and delivering stylish and practical interior design schemes from our base in Sevenoaks Kent.

Polly graduated as an Interior Architect and Designer in 1993 and has completed a large and varied volume of work in the UK, Channel Islands and Mainland Europe. Interior design commissions vary in size, complexity and involvement and need to be approached and appraised on an individual basis. Our services include spatial planning, bathroom and kitchen design, lighting and electrical schemes, smart home integration, bespoke joinery, furniture and soft furnishings. Polly is a fully accredited member of SBID.

We offer stand-alone interior design services but can also offer a comprehensive ground-up design and build packages. Previous clients have found our services invaluable and considered us a vital part of their professional team. Many of whom have been repeat clients and have recommended us to friends and family. We price each project on an individual basis and feel that we offer exceptional value for money.

We are also delighted to offer a plan review service, whereby we can review the spatial planning on your existing architectural plans. A second opinion may identify a missed opportunity, this could be the difference between a good and a fantastic final scheme. A pause and review could be the best decision that you ever make. Assisting home owners with their building projects and design challenges in Kent, Sussex, Surrey & West Sussex. Working with our clients to make their building projects as stress free as possible.

There are many reasons that clients feel the need to engage a consultant. Domestic building projects can be complicated, costly, time consuming and stressful. Common causes of stress normally involve money, people and differences in expectations.

Whether you need a bit of help to get back on track or are in a more serious predicament we may well be able to help. Between us we have the skill set to assist with budgets, personnel issues and redesigns. Often an assessment by a third party and a bit of planning is all that’s required to reach a favourable conclusion.

We also offer set priced packages, this covers a set amount of appointments that can be used at critical stages throughout your project. These can be used at critical stages throughout your project.
